BRUNCH SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage links or 1/2 lb. bacon
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Brown sausage or bacon, then cut or break into pieces. Grease oven dish. Mix 6 eggs, 2 cups milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Place meat into greased dish. Cover with cubed bread, then pour egg mixture over ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
