DUMP CAKE: A CAKE LOVER'S CAKE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. milk soured with 2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar
Nuts (optional)

Pam and flour oblong cake pan. Dump all ingredients into bowl except boiling water. Start mixer and dump in boiling water. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour in cake pan. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
