1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. or box chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter butter
1 c. confectioner powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan. In bottom of pan, add coconut and chopped pecans. Mix the cake according to directions on box and pour over coconut and pecans. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter and pour over cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
