HAM AND SWISS STROMBOLI 
1 (11 oz.) tube refrigerated French bread
6 oz. or more thinly sliced deli ham
6 green onion tops, sliced
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled (I use a jar of Kraft real bacon bits)
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese (optional; mix in some Mozzarella)

Unroll dough on a greased baking sheet. Place ham over dough to within 1/2-inch of edges; sprinkle evenly with onion tops, bacon and cheese. Roll up jellyroll style, starting with a long side. Pinch seams to seal and tuck ends under. Place, seam side down, on baking sheet.

With a sharp knife, cut several 1/4-inch deep slits on top of loaf.

Bake at 350°F for 26 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.

Optional: Can use pepperoni and ham. Can use Swiss and/or Mozzarella cheese.
