HOT HAM AND CHEESE BRUNCH 
16 pieces of white bread with the crust cut off
8 slices of ham
8 slices of American cheese
6 eggs
3 c. of milk
1 can of mushrooms (drained)
1/2 tsp. of dry mustard
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter

Butter 13x9 inch baking pan. Place 8 slices of bread on bottom of pan. Layer each slice of bread with one piece of ham and one piece of cheese. Butter one side of the 8 remaining slices of bread and place buttered side up on top of the ham and cheese.

Mix eggs, milk, and dry mustard. Pour over layered mixture and refrigerate over night.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread mushrooms over top of mixture. Crumble corn flakes and mix in melted butter (1/4 cup). Bake 45 minutes (okay if it bakes a little longer).
