CURRIED CAULIFLOWER BROCCOLI 
4 c. cauliflowerets
4 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 can condensed mushroom or celery soup
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. curry powder
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 c. diced red pepper
Toasted almonds, cashew pieces or sunflower nuts for garnish

In covered skillet, boil cauliflower and broccoli flowerets in 1/2" of water until tender. Drain. Combine soup, milk, cheese, curry and pepper. Combine with flowerets and diced red pepper. Cook until flavors blend. Garnish with nuts of choice. Beautiful vegetable dish.
