TOMATO PUDDING 
2 c. cubed bread (fresh not home-style) about 2 1/2 slices
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. tomato puree (fill rest of cup with hot water to make 1 cup)
1/2 tsp. salt

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Pour into greased casserole.

3. Bake 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. (Last 15 minutes remove cover.)
