PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
FILLING:

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter

COATING:

1 1/2 lbs. chocolate almond bark
1 1/2 c. peanut butter

Petit Four Cups (liners)

Melt butter and combine filling ingredients. On low heat melt the coating ingredients. Pour coating into cups (1/3-1/2 teaspoon). Add small ball of filling. Cover with more coating. Cool in refrigerator. Makes 85.
