LINDA'S ROUND STEAK 
2 1/2 lbs. round steak
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. V-8 juice
1 lg. whole tomato, mashed in pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. green chilies
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin

Have round steak tenderized. Cut into serving size pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Flour meat and brown in skillet with shortening to cover bottom of skillet. Brown both sides of meat. Add other ingredients and simmer until meat is tender.
