1/2 lb. bacon
Round steak
Salt and pepper
Potatoes, sliced
Carrots, sliced
Onions, sliced
Parsley
1/2 c. water

Put bacon in bottom of pan, top with cut up pieces of round steak, salt and pepper. Layer each potatoes, carrots and onions, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley.

Cook on top of stove for 3 minutes on medium high turn down add water and let simmer for about 45 minutes. Covered.
