ROUND STEAK DINNER 
2 tbsp. oil
1 large round steak, cut into serving size pieces
1 large onion, thinly sliced
6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown floured round steak in oil. Put steak in 9 x 13 casserole. Lay onions over top of steak. Lay potatoes over top of onions. Mix tomato soup and water and pour over top. Cover and bake for 2 hours.
