RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry Jello 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (16 oz.) can red raspberries 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans) Drain the raspberries, but SAVE the juice. Place the juice into a measuring cup and add enough water to this so that it equals one cup. Heat this liquid to the boiling point. Add the gelatin, stir, and let it cool for a short while. Beat the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks. Cut up the cream cheese into the whipped cream. Beat this into this mixture. Fold in the cooled Jello, marshmallows, raspberries, and nuts into the whipped cream mixture. Pour into mold and chill. |
