RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD | |
2 pkgs. raspberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 c. applesauce 16 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed 1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows 8 oz. sour cream 1 c. whipping cream Combine Jello, water, applesauce and raspberries. Pour into 8"x12" dish. Refrigerate. Combine marshmallows and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Whip cream and fold into marshmallow mixture. Spread on top of raspberry gelatin mixture. Cut into squares to serve. 8 to 10 servings. |
