POTATO SALAD FOR A CROWD 
2 qts. salad dressing
1 pt. half & half cream
2/3 c. prepared mustard
2 sm. onions
15 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
3 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. pepper
15 qts. cut up potatoes

Cook potatoes in salted water. Cut up potatoes. Stir first 7 ingredients and add to potatoes.

Serves 125 people.
