2 cans cream style corn
4 eggs, beaten
1 box corn muffin mix
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. minced onion
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Place in casserole and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
