2 cans cream style corn
4 eggs, beaten
1 box corn muffin mix
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. minced onion
1 jar pimiento, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all together. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
