NUT TORTE 
7 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts, fine or chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pkg. vanilla sugar
1 tsp. liquor or orange rind, grated
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat egg whites. Gradually add sugar until stiff. Lower speed and fold in yolks, nuts, lemon, vanilla and flavoring. Sift in flour and baking powder. Pour into 9 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
