DEB'S LASAGNA
2 lb. ground beef (I mix 1/2 pork and 1/2 beef)
1 (1 lb.) box lasagna noodles
oregano, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic salt/powder, basil, seasoning salt
1 small tub Ricotta cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Italian style cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 large jar spaghetti sauce (I use Ragu/Prego meat flavor)

Cook the ground beef on the stove in a big frying pan. Mix in suggested seasonings to taste. Cook noodles per package directions. Drain.

Assembly:

Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Put a little spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish, make it even. Layer the noodles on the bottom (I usually do double layers).

Mix the ground beef, Ricotta and a bag of Italian cheese and 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Do layers of meat mix on noodles, sprinkle spaghetti sauce on every layer.

Top with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until done.
