CHICKEN DRESSING CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken stock or 1 can chicken broth
1 c. sour cream

Melt butter, add stuffing and mix well. Spread 3/4 of mixture in bottom of greased casserole. Put chicken on top of stuffing, add drained mushrooms.

Mix sour cream, chicken soup, and 1 cup chicken broth. Add on top of mushrooms. Sprinkle rest of 1/4 stuffing mix over top. Pour remaining 1/2 cup broth over top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Can use leftover turkey also.
