CHICKEN-DRESSING CASSEROLE 
14 oz. pkg. stuffing mix with seasonings
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste if seasoned stuffing not used
Paprika (optional)

Combine stuffing mix, chicken broth, chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, eggs, milk, and place in large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread chicken soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika, return to oven and bake 35-40 minutes more. Casserole may be done in microwave on high for 15 minutes, then spread with soup and browned in oven. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
