CHICKEN DRESSING DINNER 
1 pkg. cut up chicken, enough for 6 people
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
Chopped onion (lightly pan fried)
1 lg. pkg. stuffing mix

Boil chicken in Dutch oven, covered in water, until meat falls off the bone. Put all meat and soups and onion in a large bowl. Add milk and mix thoroughly.

Cover bottom of large baking dish with stock from Dutch oven. Cover bottom of baking dish with 1/2 bag dressing mix. Then add mixture in bowl. Sprinkle with rest of dressing mix on top. Pour more stock over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. After baking, remove cover and brown top in oven.
