CHICKEN THICKEN 
Enough chicken pieces to feed 6 people
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. dried onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 soup cans hot water
1 c. rice, uncooked

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole or baking dish.

Place chicken in baking pan and season to taste. Sprinkle onion and uncooked rice on top of chicken. Pour diluted soup over chicken, onion and rice. Cover dish with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.
