POLISH NOODLES AND CABBAGE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 c. cabbage, chopped or sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. broad egg noodles or bow ties

Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion. Saute until soft. Add cabbage, saute until crisp tender. Add salt and pepper. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain well and add to cabbage, stirring frequently. Cook about 5 minutes more.
