2 or 3 baking potatoes (Russet)
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
salt and pepper, to taste

Bake potatoes in microwave oven until done. Just push that Baked Potato Button.

Remove and peel off skins. Cut into chunks. Heat butter in large fry pan. Add potatoes. Stir and coat with melted butter in pan. Press down potatoes gently. Once they start to brown, stir and serve with salt and pepper if desired.
