CHICKEN NOODLE BAKE | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 2 c. cooked noodles (equivalent to 4 oz. uncooked) 1 c. cooked peas 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese Chunks breast of chicken In a saucepan cook chopped onion in butter until tender. Stir in all ingredients except the cheese. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir and top with cheese. Heat again until cheese melts. Makes about 5 1/2 cups. |
