BEER POTATOES 
9 reg. size potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 lg. onions, sliced thin
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream, not whipped
1 1/2 cans beer
1 c. fresh grated and Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter

Place potatoes and onions in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together cream, beer, cheese, salt, and pepper in bowl. Pour over potatoes and onions. Stir until blended. Dot butter over top. Bake at 375 degrees until done, about 2 hours.
