BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. link sausages, cooked and drained
8 slices of bread, cut into small pieces
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place bread on bottom of buttered baking dish. Layer sausages on top, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Mix and beat eggs with milk. Pour over cheese. Top all with soup (undiluted). Store in fridge at least 4 hours (overnight is best!) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
