BREAKFAST SOURDOUGH CASSEROLE 
4-5 pieces sourdough bread
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 pkg. link sausages
5 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk, evaporated

Tear bread into pieces and put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of bread. Brown, drain and cut sausage into 3 pieces each. Beat eggs and add mustard. Add milk and mix. Pour over bread, cheese and sausage in pan.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix mushroom soup and milk. Pour over top. Bake at 300 degrees uncovered for 1 hour.
