CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
2 env. Knox gelatin
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 eggs, separated
4 c. milk
2 sq. chocolate, Bakers
2 tsp. vanilla
1 angel food cake

Mix gelatin with sugar and salt. Beat egg yolks and milk - add to sugar mixture. Add chocolate. Cook over low heat until boiling. Remove and cool. Keep stirring. Add vanilla and beat egg whites until stiff. Add to other mixture and fold in 1 whole angel food cake broken into pieces. Pour into a 9x13 buttered dish. Chill. Serve with Dream Whip topping.
