1 1/2 lbs. hamburger Salt & pepper to taste 1/4 c. minced onion 1 c. crushed corn flakes 1 can golden mushroom soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water Combine meat, spices, onion and corn flakes; mix well. Form into small balls and fry in small amount oil. Drain and place in baking dish. Combine soups and water. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Serve with cooked noodles or rice. |
