PEPPERONI STUFFED LOAF 
1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
1 sm. green pepper
1 med. onion
4 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 (10 oz.) stick pepperoni sliced thin
1/3 c. Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese
1 egg white, beaten
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Dash of vinegar
Salt and pepper

Saute in 2 tablespoon oil, 1 green pepper, 1 medium onion and 4 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle this with dash of vinegar, salt and pepper.

On greased jelly roll pan spread out dough. Mix egg, and Italian seasoning, spread one half on dough. Add onion mixture, pepperoni and cheese. Roll dough, form in circle and glaze with remaining egg mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm with pizza or spaghetti sauce.
