JIFFY APPLE CRISP 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. granola
1/3 c. coconut
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. strawberry preserves
2 tbsp. water
4 lg. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Vanilla ice cream (optional)

For topping in small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in granola, coconut, and cinnamon, set aside. In 1 quart casserole, combine preserves and water. Stir in apple slices.

Top apple mixture with granola mixture. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm or cold with ice cream, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
