PICKLED ARTICHOKES 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic

Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions; drain. In bowl, blend oil with remaining ingredients. Stir in artichokes, cover tightly and refrigerate until chilled, 1 hour or longer, turning occasionally to marinate.
