MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
2 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground ginger
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Trim fat from steak and score it deeply with diagonal slashes. Place in shallow ceramic or glass dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Marinate 4-6 hours turning every 2 hours. Before cooking drain steak. Broil steak or charcoal about 5 minutes per side.
