MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1/2 c. La Choy soy sauce
1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 tbsp. water
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chopped fresh ginger root (optional)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (2 to 3 lb.) flank steak

In a small bowl combine all the ingredients except steak. Mix well. Place steak in glass baking dish. Pour marinade over all. Refrigerate overnight. Grill steak.
