MARINATED FLANK STEAK | |
2 lbs. Flank steak 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped 1/2 c. red wine (water will do) 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. oil Draw criss-cross lines across steak with sharp knife. Place beef in shallow dish and add all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or more, turning once. Broil in oven close to heat 4 to 5 minutes per side. Do not over cook. Slice thinly across the grain. |
