MARINATED FLANK STEAK I 
1-2 lb. beef flank steak
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Vegetable cooking spray

Trim fat from steak, place in a large shallow dish. Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, dry mustard and oil. Mix well and pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn occasionally. Remove steak from marinade. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
