2/3 c. light corn syrup
1 bag chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
8 c. Golden Graham cereal
3 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine syrup, butter and chocolate chips in 3 quart pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour quickly over cereal in a large mixing bowl. Fold in marshmallows. Press into large buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
