BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6-8 oz. Cheddar cheese
4-6 c. milk
1 1/2 c. diced ham
2-3 chicken bouillon cubes

In large soup pot, saute onion and celery in butter. Add flour, salt, and pepper. Cook until a smooth paste. Gradually add milk. Continue stirring and adding the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until all ingredients are tender. Cook about 1 hour.
