MOCK STROGANOFF 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. burgundy wine
3 lbs. beef (cube steak or stew beef)
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Grease a 9x13 inch dish; cut beef into bite-size cubes. Layer beef cubes with soups, mushrooms and onion mix. Add 3 cans water and wine. Run spoon through, mixing slightly. Place into 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve on rice or noodles. Makes 4 hearty servings. Can be rewarmed nicely.
