1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 to 3/4 stick butter
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 jar Cheez Whiz
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice

Rinse frozen broccoli with hot water. Melt butter in casserole dish. Add broccoli, onion, Minute Rice, cream of celery soup and Cheez Whiz to casserole dish.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. (Stir after 20 minutes, return to oven and bake for remaining 20 minutes).
