ARTICHOKE DELIGHT 
1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Paprika
Parsley
Cocktail bread or crackers

Chop artichoke hearts finely or put in a food processor. Mix chopped artichokes with mayonnaise, cheese and Tabasco. Place in 1 quart casserole. Decorate top with paprika and parsley and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve with cocktail bread or crackers.
