CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar

Grease 10-inch pie plate. Brown beef and onions, stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6-8.
