BACK BAY STUFFED SHRIMP 
Giant or Colossal shrimp, about 2 per person
2 c. Ritz crackers
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
1/4 c. good sherry
1 lb. butter

Shell and devein the shrimp. Melt 1/2 pound of butter and place in an oven pan 9x5 inch size. Place shrimp in pan after butterflying them. Bake at 325 degrees F. (preheated) for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.

Take shrimp out of pan leaving butter and juices. Add crumbled Ritz crackers to liquid and add crabmeat and sherry to mixture and if more moisture is needed, melt more butter and add to crumb mixture.
