MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
CRUST:

1/4 lb. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Bake in 9 x 9 inch baking dish for 30 minutes. Let cool.

FILLING:

1 (11 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread this on second layer. 2 small chocolate instant pudding. 3 cups milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread Whip Cream on top of third layer. Grate 1 large or 2 small plain Hershey bars and sprinkle on top of whip cream for garnish. Chill and serve cold.
