SCHRAG MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. (generous) fresh, soft, bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, finely minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or garlic clove
2 eggs

SAUCE:

6 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix all ingredients, except sauce and place into 2 quart casserole. Do not pack firmly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix sauce ingredients until sugar is dissolved and pour over meat. Bake another 15 minutes.
