CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips, melted

Mix sugar, crumbs, peanut butter, and butter until well blended. Scrape into a 9x13 inch ungreased pan; press into an even layer. Spread melted chocolate over top. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Let stand at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes before cutting bars.
