SCRUMPTIOUS CHEESECAKE 
1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 can vanilla ready - to - spread frosting
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. bowl Cool Whip

For crust, mix thoroughly cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into 9 or 10 inch springform pan. Press into bottom and 1/2 inch up sides. For filling, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in frosting and lemon juice. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into springform pan. Chill.
