Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. quick oats
1 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix everything together. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
