1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. butternut flavoring
1 c. sweet milk

Bake at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick soft butter
1 box confectioner's sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
1 c. nuts

Mix and spread on cake.
